About Us

Cheryl and Adrian Dawes at East of England Rallies pride ourselves on organising weekend events specifically aimed at the serious detectorist.

The detecting is the main focus and to that end we don't have a beer tent , live music and the proverbial in a brewery.

That's not to say that we don't enjoy ourselves.

We have been organising digs in Norfolk since 1991 and strive to offer the best detecting land available on the many estates that we use.

We aim to have several weekend digs throughout the year that run from Friday lunctime through till Sunday afternoon so if you fancy joining our happy friendly group then please get in touch.

Sedgeford - Heacham Weekend

18th - 19th July

New Farm and New Land to detect in the historic area between Sedgeford and Heacham. Detecting on ex Pea Fields so nice and flat and easy swingable. No previous digs on these fields so all to play for.

Ample parking on hardstanding if the weather is inclement though should be able to park and camp on field if dry.

Will have all the usual, catering, bar ,Toilets etc.

No pressure relaxing weekend metal detecting, perfect.

Ticket price is for Adult detecting no charge for under Sixteens and those Not detecting
